Charging

Sally - Your Girl Friday (also referred to within this as “Sally”)

To enable Sally - Your Girl Friday to understand your requirements, and for you to find out more about the services available, your first consultation with Sally - Your Girl Friday is free with no obligation to proceed.

Sally - Your Girl Friday's minimum period for each individual instruction is one hour, then will be charged on a half hourly basis. This hourly rate includes travelling time and mileage within a 10 mile radius of Stocksfield.

Sally - Your Girl Friday’s working hours are 8.00am - 5.30pm - Monday to Friday. Any Services carried out outside these hours, for example assisting at evening functions, will be charged at a higher rate, which will be previously agreed with you by Sally - Your Girl Friday.

All services are available on a one off, ad-hoc or regular basis. Rates for regular requirements will be negotiable.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer. You will be expected to pay upon completion of a job for all Sally - Your Girl Friday's Services, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with Sally.

Outside of a 10 mile radius of Stocksfield, and outside 8.00am – 5.30pm hours Sally - Your Girl Friday reserves the right to charge you for reasonable travel time and mileage expenses at 50 pence per mile. Any telephone calls made on behalf of the client will be charged at £1 per call. Sally - Your Girl Friday reserves the right to increase her charges on thirty days’ notice to you. In the event Sally - Your Girl Friday increases her charges she will notify you in writing by post, fax or email. New charges will be effective 30 days after such notice has been given.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are the terms and conditions upon which Sally - Your Girl Friday makes its services available to you and by instructing Sally - Your Girl Friday's services, you are accepting these terms and conditions.

Business Name

Sally - Your Girl Friday is the leading name of Sally Joy Davison.

Services

The services include running errands, household duties, home sitting, organising, personal administration, shopping, dinner party planning and kitchen services, companionship and driving or such other services as shall be agreed from time to time.

The Services shall be agreed by you and Sally - Your Girl Friday when Sally - Your Girl Friday accepts your instruction.

Suppliers

Sally - Your Girl Friday will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all third parties used by her are reputable, offering quality and value to their customers. Sally - Your Girl Friday uses all reasonable endeavours to monitor the goods and/or services provided by Suppliers.

You agree that Sally - Your Girl Friday is not responsible or liable for the actions, omissions, goods, products or services provided by any Supplier and agree that Sally - Your Girl Friday is merely acting as an agent.

No guarantees will be given by Sally on behalf of any Suppliers, and you will be subject to the terms and conditions of any Supplier in connection with the supply to you of any goods or services by any Supplier.

Insurance

Sally - Your Girl Friday has public liability insurance of £2 million.

Sally - Your Girl Friday has Business Class 1 insurance for using her vehicle for any activity connected with the role as Sally - Your Girl Friday.
